We are experienced metal tank manufacturers, making top quality, durable tanks for water and fuel. Our standard tanks are made in accordance with ISO8099 & ISO 24567 for use with fuel or black water. Our standard fuel tanks are CE marked for use with either petrol or diesel in line with Recreational Craft Directive (RCD) regulations. Bespoke tanks can also be CE marked please contact us to discuss the criteria.
Tanks can be manufactured from the following metals 304 grade stainless steel, 316 marine grade stainless steel or 5083 marine grade aluminium in a range of finishes from standard mill finished, to satin or mirror polished.
We can also arrange for our tanks to be pickled and passivated and electro polished if required.
All our tanks are individually fabricated and each one is pressure tested to 0.25kgfcm2 before it leaves our workshop so you can be assured that there are no leaks. We also fit internal baffles to reduce the pounding effects of the tank's contents inside the tank and increase the tank's strength.
Our tanks are commonly used in narrow boats for fresh water storage or fuel tanks on sports boats & RIBs. However, they are used by a wide variety of people for a diverse range of applications including: boat builders, boat owners, window cleaners, catering vans, bio fuel producers, car enthusiasts, paint strippers, oven cleaners, fabric dyers, plumbers and brewers to name but a few.
